Get your hardcover copy of "DARN RIGHT IT'S BUTCH" by clicking the picture. This is a must for the Little Rascals fan. When Tommy lived in the Fresno area, we talked on the phone often. He told me most of the stories he explains in the book. When he did road shows, he would borrow Little Rascals 16mm films from my personal library. Tommy was a nice man, with more stories than a person has time. Interesting, to say the least.
"THE LITTLE RASCALS" This 294 page book is a must. It includes every short film, from #1 "Our Gang" to #221 "Tale of a Dog" with hundreds of priceless pictures. This is an excellent companion to the DVD collection. Some of these early films are lost, but will hopefully turn up.
Our Gang: Little Rascals Varieties appeared in theaters in 1959 as a collection of favorite Little Rascals routines. Musically focused, the compilation features famous songs by Alfalfa, Darla, Spanky, and more.
Spanky is featured in this theater commercial, for a give-away Speed O Bike bicycle. Did he get one of these bikes for doing the commercial? We'll never know.
