VisionTek manufacturers video cards. A fine product, but if warranty service is requested, their process makes it extremely difficult to accomplish. If your VisionTek video card fails within the warranty period, VisionTek will require you to return the card in the original packaging with the original receipt, in a static proof bag, with certain information posted on the outside of the mailing box. Failure to comply with all the rules will result in refusal of your defective part. The time it takes to receive a new card is the amount of time your computer is down. They will not provide a swop. VisionTek is not a user friendly company.

The above named products were purchased from Tiger Direct. Both are poor quality, even for the low price. Tiger Direct outsources its staff. Poor language barrier. Tiger Direct does not stand behind what it sells after a very short period of time. Pay a little more, buy local and have a better lasting experience.
